Building Services
The building services division offers products & design consultancy that address noise and vibration issues with building service installations, this can involve the recommendation of many different products from inertia bases to rectangular attenuators. We believe we have the largest stocks of finished product in the UK for acoustic products with an average of 1000 finished parts available on a next day basis. The investment in advanced computerised design, selection and manufacturing systems has gained us a reputation for the best customer and delivery service in our industry in bespoke product.
Power Generation and Acoustic Structures
Within our power generation and structures division we have become specialists in providing noise control solutions using enclosures, screening, acoustic louvres and door sets, this has lead to us gaining an enviable reputation in the power generation market providing integrated acoustic solutions for oil & gas rigs, nuclear facilities and combined heat & power system suppliers.
Original Equipment Manufacturers
Our approach to working alongside OEM clients has proven to be remarkable successful, as it is based on a philosophy of very close working partnerships at the new product implementation planning and design stages. In this area we have successfully designed, tested and manufactured various noise and vibration control devices including mobile acoustic engine enclosures, DNV inspected engine pump set containers, fan attenuators, condenser attenuators etc. We would recommend our involvement as early as possible in the design cycle as we can often integrate noise solutions in casings or frames of products rather than produce a bolt on afterthought, this leads to much more cost effective manufacture and generally enhanced aesthetics.
