Utilising the latest design software and techniques we are able to offer class leading engineering solutions to many noise and vibration control issues. The use of 3D design packages including Flow and finite element analysis enables us to confidently propose systems and product designs with quality “designed in”. We employee well qualified and experienced specialist engineers to allow us to innovate new solutions as well as offer a full technical analysis and advice service.
We also offer a full site surveying team and project manage the site installation of many solutions, including full health and safety compliance and risk assessment service, we also facilitate certified calculations for wind loadings and employ experienced steelwork support designers.

Testing and Research
We have carried out a significant amount of product testing and research over many years we have accumulated certified data derived from methods of test for silencers for air distribution systems BS4718
The research, development and testing has been carried out at Independent testing facilities including the faculty of the Built Environment at the University of the South West of England in Bristol where we have a long standing relationship which has included fan / silencer testing and research to BS848 pt 1 & 2 for British Airways. Testing and research has also been carried out at the Institute of Sound & Vibration Research (ISVR) at Southampton University, where we maintained a reciprocal arrangement for research with post graduate students over many years.
Type testing and successful sampled confirmation tests have also been carried out by Elta Fans, Fareham, Nuaire’s anechoic facility in Caerphilly, South Wales and most recently this year at Flakt Woods research department in Colchester, England.
We have also successfully participated in high temperature testing of Fan and silencer combination sets at the Building Research and Information Association (BSRIA) in Bracknell, England for metro & tunnel systems with Matthews & Yates and this year high temperature tests at 400oC for Car Park Silencers jointly with a globally leading fan manufacturer. We are continually testing new and existing products and have a new updating test program currently under way at Sound Research Laboratories in Suffolk England.
