At Acoustica we can apply our considerable noise and vibration control experience to design in integrated solutions to assist manufacturers to achieve quieter products, whether to comply with health & safety regulations or to minimise the impact on the environmental of their equipment.
This skill set can be applied to a wide variety of products, we would usually recommend an early involvement as this often results in a truly integrated design that often leads to cost downs by incorporating some design requirements into the acoustic solution.
We can also provide advice and support in respect of compliance or research testing either in field conditions or within anechoic facilities that we can arrange and supervise. We have a wide range of experience in this regard including fan testing to ISO standards.
Our approach to assisting manufacturers would encompass an understanding of the whole design requirement as we have engineers dedicated to OEM collaboration with a knowledge and experience of many mechanical and electronic devices.
